![]() ![]() I see alot of other user complaints relating to the drivers for their stuff. ![]() I personnally think Pinnacle's drivers are weak. Tech Support at Pinnacle will have you try a patch and then swap your board into other PCI slots - don't waste your time. I do not believe Dell is actively pursuing a fix for this and is defering to Pinnacle. Tech Support said they had it flagged as having a conflict with the newer chipsets but that customer sales can "override" these flags and do so as a matter of policy - what a bargain.įrom all of the forum discussions I have read, the Code 12 issue with the Pinnacle board appears to be specific to Dells and not other vendors, (who use the same Intel chipsets - very strange). But they sold me my Pinnacle system anyway and I even referenced the service tag on my Dimension 4600. Dell Tech Support told me they were well aware of the issues with the Studio Deluxe AVDV board. ![]()
